There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from my body. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, struggling with my health, and searching for answers that went beyond simply managing symptoms. My own healing journey eventually led me to Ayurveda, a path that helped me reconnect with myself, restore balance, and discover a deeper sense of vitality.
What began as a personal exploration grew into a lifelong calling. Nearly eight years ago, I traveled to India to study yoga and holistic healing, where I first experienced the profound wisdom of Ayurveda. I was drawn to its understanding that true healing happens when we honor the unique rhythms of our bodies, our minds, and the natural world around us.
Today, I hold a Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine and have dedicated my work to helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom. Through Wild Sattva Ayurveda, I offer personalized, trauma-informed guidance that honors your unique mind-body constitution and supports lasting, sustainable healing.
Whether you're navigating digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you slow down, listen inward, and create a path forward that feels nourishing, aligned, and uniquely your own.

Ayurveda is a natural system of healing that’s been practiced for thousands of years. It’s based on the idea that true wellness comes from living in balance, within ourselves and with the rhythms of nature. Rather than treating symptoms alone, Ayurveda looks at the root causes of imbalance and offers personalized guidance on how to restore harmony through food, herbs, lifestyle and self-care practices.
In today’s fast-paced world, especially in vibrant cities like Los Angeles and San Diego, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, tired or out of sync. Many people struggle with stress, irregular digestion, trouble sleeping, trauma from the past or low energy. Ayurveda helps address these issues by reconnecting you to simple, daily rituals that support your body’s natural wisdom. Like eating with the seasons, aligning with your body’s sleep rhythms and finding calm in a busy life. It's a gentle yet powerful path to feeling grounded, nourished, and whole.
