Your story is unique. If you don't see your question here, please reach me at natalie@wildsattvaayurveda.com.
Ayurveda is a holistic system of healing that honors your mind, body, and spirit. It helps uncover where life feels ‘off’ and restores balance through lifestyle, nourishment, and ritual. Each plan is uniquely tailored to your needs, so you can feel aligned, vibrant, and at home in your body again.
Ayurveda doesn’t just soothe symptoms — it seeks to treat the root. This work can help with digestion, energy, hormones, mental clarity, sleep, mood and any other imbalances that make you feel not yourself.
If you’ve felt disconnected, weary of quick fixes, or simply long to feel at home in your body again, Ayurveda can meet you there. This work is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who you already are.
We move at your pace. You may begin with a free Mind Body Alignment Session, step into a package for deeper transformation, or simply explore one consultation at a time. I offer guidance, but you decide what feels right.
Your story matters. This free 30-minute session is a quiet space to be heard. Together, we’ll trace the threads of where life feels unsteady — in your body, mind, or heart. I’ll reflect back what I see and offer a path toward balance that feels true to you. Guidance includes small shifts toward balance in diet, routine and lifestyle.
This is not a quick fix. It is the beginning of restoring you back to your natural rhythm.
A consultation is where we go deeper. We’ll explore your health history, daily rhythms, digestion, sleep, stress, and emotional well-being. If we meet in person, I will also take your pulse and tongue reading — traditional Ayurvedic tools that reveal imbalances.
From there, I’ll offer tailored guidance in lifestyle, nourishment, and ritual. You’ll be given a plan that feels supportive, sustainable, and rooted in your own life.
Yes. Everything shared is held in sacred trust. Your story is yours, and this is a safe, private space where you can open at your own pace.
I will encourage you to share parts of your journey with your primary care doctor or other providers, especially when it supports your safety and whole-body healing. Ayurveda works best in partnership, and I honor the role of your medical team alongside this work.
Yes. My approach is trauma-informed. You are always in control of what you share, and we will move gently, honoring your boundaries and safety every step of the way.
Initial consultations are usually 90 minutes, with follow-ups lasting about 60 minutes. How often you come depends on you and on how deeply rooted the imbalance is. Ayurveda honors that every story is unique. For some, gentle shifts create change quickly. For others, especially when an imbalance has been present for months or years, it may take more time and steady support.
Together, we’ll decide what rhythm of care feels most supportive in achieving your goals — whether that’s weekly, monthly, or seasonally.
You don’t have to hold your questions until the next session. I offer gentle support between appointments through my private Slack community, where you can share what’s coming up, ask questions, and feel supported alongside others walking a similar path.
For more personal or detailed matters, you’re always welcome to reach out directly at natalie@wildsattvaayurveda.com, and we’ll decide together if it’s best to address it email or in your next session.
Ayurveda doesn't cover symptoms: it nourishes the root. Some shifts may be felt right away — a lighter digestion, a calmer morning, a deeper breath. Lasting results take time, like a tree that steadies itself over seasons. This is about returning to balance in a way that holds. Together, we create a path that honors your pace, so the results are lasting, aligned with your natural rhythm, and true to you and your desired goals and outcome.
The progress you experience also depends on you — on how fully you engage with the practices, lifestyle adjustments, and recommendations we explore together. The more you honor your plan and integrate it into your life, the more your body, mind, and rhythm respond.
Yes. All sessions can be done via video. This allows you to engage from the comfort and safety of your own space, wherever you are.
That said, I love in-person sessions when possible, because they allow me to take your pulse — one of Ayurveda’s most traditional and insightful tools. Through the pulse, I can feel the subtle qualities of your energy, observe imbalances, and better understand where healing is needed at the root.
Even if we meet virtually, you’ll still receive personalized guidance in lifestyle, nourishment, and ritual. But when we’re in person, the pulse adds a deeper layer of clarity and connection.
Ayurveda is not a replacement for your doctor or therapist — it’s a companion to their care. Conventional medicine often treats symptoms or urgent needs. Therapy offers a vital space for emotional healing. Ayurveda looks at your whole rhythm — body, mind, and spirit — and seeks to treat the root causes of imbalance through lifestyle, nourishment, and ritual.
That’s exactly what the free 30-minute Mind Body Alignment Session is for. It’s a quiet, supportive space to explore your story, reflect on what feels off, and begin discovering a path toward balance that is uniquely yours. You do not have to know anything about Ayurveda to desire and discuss a healing plan for yourself!
Yes. Yes. In addition to Ayurveda consultations, programs and product, I offer complementary practices that deepen self-understanding and healing:
Life shifts. All I ask is 24 hours’ notice when possible so I can offer that time to another woman who may need it.
