For years, I lived in a world that didn’t feel like mine.
I was in an emotionally abusive marriage where betrayal and silence became my daily companions. My body mirrored the pain I carried. I lost my cycle for an entire year, sank into depression, and felt so far from myself that I no longer recognized the woman in the mirror.
When I sought help, the answers were empty: “Make some friends. Go on birth control.” No one looked deeper. No one asked what my body was trying to tell me.
So I became my own seeker!
I ran my own blood tests at home, searched for truth, and eventually found a midwife who confirmed what I already felt: PCOS, low progesterone, and the heavy weight of anxiety and grief. It wasn’t just my body that was sick; it was my spirit, too.
That was the turning point.
With the help of counseling, I gathered the courage to leave the marriage and choose myself. Amidst it all, life threw me another lesson: I broke my leg. That break cracked me open. I turned to plant-based healing to recover quickly, then followed an inner call to India. For two months, I immersed myself in yoga, ritual, and a way of life that reminded me of my own inner strength.
When I returned, I moved from Wyoming to Las Vegas, shedding my old skin and beginning again. I was finally free. I was finally me. And now, California is my lovely home where I feel most alive.
Ayurveda entered my life as a path back to wholeness. I enrolled at MIU to study this ancient science, hungry to learn everything I could about how to heal the body, mind, and soul in harmony with nature.
Today, through Wild Sattva Ayurveda, I share that wisdom with others who are searching, just as I once was. My story is not just about loss, but about reclaiming my rhythm, my body, and my feminine power.
And it’s my greatest honor to walk beside you as you reclaim yours.

Wild Sattva Ayurveda was seeded in the soil of longing... a longing to remember the ancient, the feminine, the free.
Wild is the whisper of the forest within me, the pulse of untamed wisdom that calls me home.
Sattva is the light I reach for. Clarity, harmony, bliss. Together, they form a path of healing that is both rooted and radiant. This is more than a practice; it is a return. A sanctuary where ritual meets rhythm, where Ayurveda becomes a way of remembering who we truly are.
Ayurveda is the ancient science of life, a holistic path to healing that honors the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the body, and the balance of mind, body and spirit.

Seeking healing after a difficult chapter in my life, I journeyed to India and was drawn by an inner calling to rediscover myself through yoga, health and meditation.
What began as a personal retreat soon became a lifelong path. After completing my yoga teacher training and returning for my 500-hour certification, I was introduced to the profound science of Ayurveda and Sanskrit. Both sparked a fire in me I'll never forget. My studies have continued ever since, and I’m now forever proud I deepened my practice through a Master of Science program at Maharishi International University, where, in many ways, India found me once again.

The beach is my sanctuary. The salty air, soft sand, palm trees swaying in the breeze. I’m endlessly inspired by the ocean and everything San Diego embodies. I even recently picked up surfing!!
Now based in Southern California, I feel deeply at home amongst the markets, the people, the vibrant culture, and the soulful coastal energy. Yoga on the beach or flowing on my paddleboard were two of my greatest passions, until I surfed for the first time; the beach is where movement meets nature, and my spirit feels most alive. You'll find me here quite often. I'm always down to meet new surfers, so if you feel called to hit the waves with me, please do!
I hold an M.S. in Ayurveda Wellness and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University! My studies focus on Ayurvedic anatomy, herbology, women's health, and lifestyle therapies based on ancient Vedic principles.
Alongside Ayurveda, I’m also a Graduate Gemologist at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), where I specialize in diamonds, pearls, and colored gemstones, a passion I blend with Vedic wisdom through Jyotish-based gemstone education.
My work is informed by a diverse toolkit in addition to my education, including:
Ayurveda continues to meet me wherever I am, and I believe it has something to offer everyone. I’ve lived the process of remembering my body’s wisdom, of falling out of rhythm and finding my way back through nature, nourishment, and compassionate self-study. My goal is to help others understand their bodies before imbalance becomes illness, to live with more ease and intention, and to offer care that respects the wholeness of each individual—body, mind, and spirit. Though I am not a doctor or licensed healthcare provider, and I do not treat or diagnose disease, I share this work as a passionate educator, practitioner, and lifelong student of Ayurveda.
