You are not broken. You are breaking open.

You are not broken. You are breaking open. You are not broken. You are breaking open. You are not broken. You are breaking open.

Hi, I'm Natalie!

Ocean

Something About Me

The beach is my sanctuary—salty air, soft sand, palm trees swaying in the breeze. I’m endlessly inspired by the ocean and everything San Diego embodies.

Though I currently live in Las Vegas, I find myself frequently pulled to California—for the markets, the people, the vibrant culture, and the soulful coastal vibe. Yoga on the beach or flowing on my paddleboard are two of my greatest passions—where movement meets nature, and my spirit feels most alive.

Ayurveda: Wild yet Sattvic

Wild Sattva Ayurveda was seeded in the soil of longing—a longing to remember the ancient, the feminine, the free.

Wild is the whisper of the forest within me, the pulse of untamed wisdom that calls me home. Sattva is the light I reach for—clarity, harmony, bliss. Together, they form a path of healing that is both rooted and radiant. This is more than a practice; it is a return. A sanctuary where ritual meets rhythm, where Ayurveda becomes a way of remembering who we truly are. Ayurveda is the ancient science of life—a holistic path to healing that honors the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the body, and the balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Rishikesh, India

My love for India

Seeking healing after a difficult chapter in my life, I journeyed to India—drawn by an inner calling to rediscover myself through yoga, health, and meditation.

What began as a personal retreat soon became a lifelong path. After completing my yoga teacher training and returning for my 500-hour certification, I was introduced to the profound science of Ayurveda. That spark lit a fire in me I'll never forget. My studies have continued ever since, and I’m now deepening my practice through a Master’s program at Maharishi International University—where, in many ways, India found me once again.

A Path to Wholeness

My journey into holistic healing began in one of the most tender and transformative seasons of my life. After navigating divorce, hormonal imbalance from PCOS, and years of mental and physical exhaustion, I felt the deep call to truly heal—not just survive but return to myself. I left the familiar behind and traveled to India, where I immersed myself in traditional practices like yoga, chakra healing, Reiki, and Ayurvedic self-care. What began as personal exploration quickly became the seed of my life’s work.

My Education

I hold a B.A. in Ayurvedic Wellness and Integrative Health from Maharishi International University (MIU) and am currently completing my M.S. in Ayurvedic Medicine at MIU. My studies focus on Ayurvedic anatomy, herbology, women's health, and lifestyle therapies based on ancient Vedic principles.

Alongside Ayurveda, I’m also studying Gemology at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), where I specialize in diamonds, pearls, and colored gemstones—a passion I blend with Vedic wisdom through Jyotish-based gemstone education.

Experience and Practice

For over two and a half years, I’ve supported clients through Ayurveda-based consultations, focusing on digestion, stress, sleep, and hormonal health. While I do not diagnose or treat disease, I offer personalized wellness education rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy, tailored to each person’s constitution, imbalances, and goals. My approach is both practical and soulful—blending daily rituals with ancient seasonal rhythms to guide others back to balance and connection.

My work is informed by a diverse toolkit, including:

  • 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
  • Reiki Training & Chakra Energy Education
  • Workshops in Aromatherapy, Herbalism, and Vegetarian Ayurvedic Cooking
  • Experience teaching yoga, meditation, and seasonal wellness classes
  • Sanskrit study for mantra, pronunciation, and Vedic sound healing

For several years, I also shared essential oils through doTERRA and led aromatherapy workshops, using scent and plant medicine to support emotional and energetic balance.

My Philosophy

Ayurveda continues to meet me wherever I am—and I believe it has something to offer everyone. I’ve lived the process of remembering my body’s wisdom, of falling out of rhythm and finding my way back through nature, nourishment, and compassionate self-study.

My goal is to help others understand their bodies before imbalance becomes illness, to live with more ease and intention, and to offer care that respects the wholeness of each individual—body, mind, and spirit.

Though I am not a doctor or licensed healthcare provider, and I do not treat or diagnose disease, I share this work as a passionate educator, practitioner, and lifelong student of Ayurveda.

Scope of Practice Statement

At Wild Sattva Ayurveda, I offer heart-centered guidance rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. As an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, I support your journey toward balance and vitality through personalized education in diet, lifestyle, seasonal routines, and time-tested self-care rituals. My intention is to help you reconnect with your innate intelligence and empower you with the tools to care for your body, mind, and spirit—naturally and sustainably.

Please note: I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions, nor do I replace the care of licensed medical professionals. My services are designed to complement, not substitute, conventional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider for medical concerns or before making significant changes to their health regimen.

I welcome collaboration with licensed healthcare providers as part of a holistic, integrative approach to wellness. All offerings are for educational and supportive purposes only.

Why Wild Sattva Ayurveda?

Wild Sattva Ayurveda was born from a beautiful seed of a thought—one that whispered to me in quiet moments, between studies and rituals, travels and transformations. I created it as an offering: a space where natural healing meets deep self-remembrance.

Wild reflects my yearning to return to the untamed, intuitive part of myself—the part that trusts the cycles of the earth, the wildness of womanhood, and the inner voice that doesn’t need permission to be free.

Sattva represents my highest aim: to live and serve from a place of clarity, purity, harmony, and bliss. In Ayurveda, sattva is the quality of light, balance, and wisdom—everything I wish to cultivate in my life and share with others.

Ayurveda is the path that found me again and again, even when I didn’t know I was searching. It wove its way through every phase of my healing journey—from yoga and aromatherapy to mantra and herbs—until it became the foundation of my life’s work.

Wild Sattva Ayurveda is more than a brand. It’s a love letter to the body, to nature, and to the sacred intelligence within us all.

Work with me to find balance

My Personal Story

Work with me if this resonates with you

For years, I lived in a world that didn’t feel like mine.
I was in an abusive marriage where betrayal and silence became my daily companions. My body mirrored the pain I carried—I lost my cycle for an entire year, sank into depression, and felt so far from myself that I no longer recognized the woman in the mirror.

When I sought help, the answers were empty: “Make some friends. Go on birth control.” No one looked deeper. No one asked what my body was trying to tell me.

So I became my own seeker.
I ran my own blood tests at home, searched for truth, and eventually found a midwife who confirmed what I already felt—PCOS, low progesterone, and the heavy weight of anxiety and grief. It wasn’t just my body that was sick; it was my spirit, too.

That was the turning point.
With the help of counseling, I gathered the courage to leave the marriage and choose myself. Amidst it all, life threw me another lesson: I broke my leg. That break cracked me open. I turned to plant-based healing to recover quickly, then followed an inner call to India. For two months, I immersed myself in yoga, ritual, and a way of life that reminded me of my own inner strength.

When I returned, I moved from Wyoming to Las Vegas—shedding my old skin and beginning again. I was finally free. I was finally me.

Ayurveda entered my life as a path back to wholeness. I enrolled at MIU to study this ancient science, hungry to learn everything I could about how to heal the body, mind, and soul in harmony with nature.

Today, through Wild Sattva Ayurveda, I share that wisdom with others who are searching—just as I once was. My story is not just about loss, but about reclaiming my rhythm, my body, and my feminine power.

And it’s my greatest honor to walk beside you as you reclaim yours.
