My journey with Ayurveda began seven years ago in India, where I immersed myself in yoga and holistic healing. What started as a personal exploration quickly deepened into a lifelong path. Drawn to the wisdom of nature and the power of feminine cycles, I found in Ayurveda a system that honored both.
